It's All About The Bold + Bright Lips

So I have trying out some more bold and 'adventurous' colours for the summer time because usually I just have a simple pale pink lip gloss on and I came to the conclusion that I needed to buy a bold lip colour. So when I was at a photoshoot I had MACs 'Girl About Town' lip stick on with a bold lip liner and it really suited my skin tone.

So I came up with the combo of the MAC lipstick (on the left) and the MAC lip liner pencil in the shade Burgundy (on the right).

The lip pencil makes the lipstick stay on for hours so you don't need to keep reapplying it. Neither of the products are drying the lipstick is very moisturising for your lips I have found so is a fabulous summer product.

 They are so pigmented both the lip products and the 'Girl About Town' lipstick is blue-toned which gives the illusion of your teeth to look a lot whiter so it gives you a reason to smile. 

It gives a 'POP' of colour to a simple eye makeup. Pairing both the lip liner and lipstick gives a ombré effect. The 'Girl
